Once we settled in, we began searching for something simple, but important to us, a truly good, high-quality steak. That search led me somewhere unexpected: straight into the world of butchery. In 2017, I began my career as a butcher and quickly discovered how much I loved the craft. There’s something special about selecting the right cut, preparing it with care, and knowing it’s going to bring people together around their table. Serving this community became more than a job; it became a passion.

When the shop I worked for eventually closed, I knew I wasn’t ready to walk away. Douglasville and the surrounding areas deserved access to fresh, dependable, top‑quality meats, and I was determined to keep providing exactly that. What started as a personal search for a great steak grew into a commitment to offer honest service, exceptional products, and a place where customers feel like family.
